If you know any woman currently undergoing Chemo, please pass the word to her that there is a cleaning service that provides FREE housecleaning – 1 time per month for 4 months while she is in treatment.

All she has to do is sign up and have her doctor fax a note confirming the treatment. Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service in her zip code area arrange for the service. http://www.cleaningforareason.org/

Please pass this information on to bless a woman going through any type of Cancer treatment. This organization serves the entire USA and currently has 547 partners to help these women. Report Day 2000

January 12, 2010    9:00-11:30 a.m.

First United Methodist Church, Jefferson

305 W. Henderson

Jefferson, Texas 75657

Report Day for 2009 end of year reports is Tuesday, January 12, 2009 at Jefferson FUMC from 9:00-11:30 a.m.  All churches MUST submit a report using one of the following options.

Every church must complete their report on the DOVE System via the Internet:

1.    Login to DOVE at https://dove.ytscorp.com (link can be found at www.txcumc.org) and follow the Report Day Instructions listed on the DOVE homepage.

2.    The Senior Pastor, or someone designated by the Senior Pastor, can submit Report Day data.  Follows instructions listed on the DOVE homepage to designate someone other than the Senior Pastor to submit data. All fields must have a number in them for the report to be complete. If a line does not apply to your church or you have no data for that line, please enter a “0.”

3.    Be sure to leave one field empty until the report is complete. Once all fields are filled in, the report is considered complete and editing is more difficult.

4.    When the report is complete, the Senior Pastor (and only the Senior Pastor) must approve it following the program’s instructions.

5.    Print and sign the totals page and submit only the signature page to Allison Byerley or Lonna Nunn using one of the options below.

Please note: For those churches and pastors without high speed internet connections, we have identified churches in each quadrant of the district where you may go to enter data.  These churches are listed below. For more information, please contact Allison Byerley or Lonna Nunn.

Option 1 – The “No Show Option”:  Only for churches that have paid 100% of District and Conference apportionments by the cut-off date of December 11, 2009.  Monies must be received by that date. We recommend that you mail monies to the Conference no later than December 1st to be received on time.  Complete your report using the instructions above and fax the signature page only to 903-793-3291 before 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 7.  Using option 1 allows you to skip the trip to Jefferson on January 12.

Option 2 – The “Quick Show Option”:  Complete your report using the instructions above. Bring your signed report and any Conference or District apportionment money to Jefferson FUMC between 9 & 11:30 a.m. on January 12 and proceed through the “Quick Show” line.

Option 3 – The “Slow Show Option”:  Bring your typed or clearly printed signed report, along with any conference or District apportionment money to Jefferson FUMC between 9 & 10:00 a.m. on January 12 and wait in line to have someone enter your information into the computer.  Please note this option will take some time so arrive at Jefferson FUMC no later than 10:00 a.m.

Option 4 – The “Remote Option”:  You may make advance arrangements to use the computers at one of the following places before 4:30 p.m. on January 7th.  The people at these remote locations can also assist you with entering data in the Report Day system.

Allison Byerley, Marshall       903-665-3268       Anna Rohde, Longview          903-758-7003
