Day of Wellness

Dear Clergy TAC Group Health Plan Participant, If you and/or your spouse have not attended a TAC Day of Wellness with Methodist Hospital, you have two more opportunities to do so in 2012:

Register by Wed., 4-11 for Thursday, April 19 at Longview, Greggton UMC – Fellowship Hall

Register by Wed., 8-22 for Thursday, August 30 at Methodist Sugar Land Hospital – Conference Rooms A, B & C

When you get to the Methodist Hospital Wellness registration page, click on the 9 AM appointment time under the calendar to open up the registration form. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The $175 registration fee is refunded after participation for TAC employees/spouses enrolled in GHB.
