Register by Wed., 8-22 for Thursday, August 30 at Methodist Sugar Land Hospital – Conference Rooms A, B & C

When you get to the Methodist Hospital Wellness registration page, click on the 9 AM appointment time under the calendar to open up the registration form. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The $175 registration fee is refunded after participation for TAC employees/spouses enrolled in GHB.

The Wellness Program also offers an “A la carte” Fitness Rebate up to a maximum of $150 and provides up to $2,000 in cash incentives as participants reach the target Body Mass Index of 25.
