KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:
STEVE HORNBERGER, MSW, has over 25 years experience in human services and community building as a social worker, grassroots activist, educator, consultant and administrator. Currently, he is responsible for the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACoA) Clergy Education and Training Project (CETP) trainings and Program Director of Celebrating Families!
MATT KARAYAN, MA, author, counselor, therapist. Matt is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) through the state of Minnesota. He has published numerous articles in the area of chemical dependency and spirituality, and has published two books; Healing The Wound, The Family’s Journey Through Chemical Dependency, and the second book on spirituality called The Way Home, Stories from the Master. His frankness and sense of humor brings new light to addiction issues.
REV. CINDY SLOAN serves as program associate for the United Methodist Special Program on SPSARV, where she coordinates the delivery of training and resources for clergy and congregational ministry development. Cindy is a dynamic preacher and mentor.
